CSC Bearings
Mondial is proud to announce its collaboration with CSC, a company of excellence in the production of high-precision spindle bearings.
For more than six decades, CSC Bearing has been a manufacturer of rolling bearings, radial ball bearings, and high-precision bearings, with over 1,000 employees worldwide.
CSC operates offices in Europe and Asia: over an area of more than 130,000 square meters, CSC produces rolling bearings for the global market at its Asian facility. The CSC office in Germany is responsible for research and development, quality guidelines, logistics, and customer support across Europe.
To be prepared for the future and provide customers with the best possible service, CSC has made significant investments: a large warehouse that improves logistical capabilities, offices, and an expanded research and development center with its own measuring laboratory.
German Engineering
In recent years, CSC has moved the design and construction of its bearings, particularly for spindles, to Germany, where engineers with decades of experience in bearing design develop products for the global market. CSC products follow DIN ISO guidelines to ensure fast testing and approval processes at the customers site.
Flexibility and Innovation
Rapid delivery times, reduced minimum quantities, and custom bearing designs are always possible at CSC. These include special seals, customer-specific materials, a variety of different greases, and more complex adjustments such as individual ring shapes or special contact angles for angular contact ball bearings. Continuous development and optimization are established processes at CSC. Our goal is bearings with low noise levels, reduced friction, and maximum efficiency to contribute to more energy-saving applications.
Quality that Makes the Difference
In addition to the “Made in Germany” design, the machinery also makes the difference. CSC purchases production machines from leaders such as G&N, Thielenhaus, Hembruck, or AICHELIN, to name just a few. High-performance machinery is essential for high-quality products that meet international standards.
To ensure complete quality control, the measuring equipment has been “mirrored”: the same highly precise measuring instruments are used in production in Asia and at the CSC center in Germany.
The success of the investment in quality is evident in the certifications: in addition to DIN ISO 9001, DIN ISO 14001, CSC is also IATF 16949, AS9100D, and AS9104/1:2012 certified.
