Mondial Expands Its Range of Hydraulic Expansion Bushings Manufactured by ETP
The range of hydraulic expansion bushings produced by ETP and exclusively distributed by Mondial is expanding.
Joining the lineup is the new ETP-POWER, the evolution of the highly successful ETP-EXPRESS model, which inherits all the key features of its predecessor while enhancing the ability to handle high radial loads. Mondial offers ETP bushings as the ideal solution for increasingly demanding requirements, such as precision, compact size, and excellent concentricity/balancing even after multiple assemblies and disassemblies.
These features are highly valued by customers who are particularly focused on minimizing downtime for maintenance. Indeed, the principle of operation of ETPs hydraulic expansion bushings, including the new ETP-POWER, directly addresses these needs. The bushings feature a compact design, allow for quick assembly and disassembly with a single radial tightening screw, and are capable of withstanding high radial loads.
The ETP-POWER is currently available for shafts with diameters ranging from 15 to 40 millimeters, and the flange of the bushing is equipped with two pre-machined holes that can be used for fixation or positioning adjacent components.
In cases where standard ETP bushings do not meet specific application requirements, the ideal solution is the new ETP-HYDROPRESS, which is custom-developed and designed for large diameter shafts.
