Self-clinching bearing assemblies

Spyraflo offers cost-effective self-locking/self-aligning bearings for designers seeking smooth shaft rotation. These bearings can be permanently mounted on materials up to 1 mm thick and feature bronze bearings with self-aligning inserts up to +5°. Oil-impregnated bronze bearings provide high load capacity and require minimal maintenance, making them ideal for horizontal mounting applications with no linear shaft movement. As bronze is an excellent conductor of electricity, these bearings are optimal for eliminating static electricity from shafts. Available in various mounting options, the bearings are lubricated with high-temperature oils or graphite.
