The system enables complex deformations to be achieved on aluminium shells without mechanical contact, expanding design possibilities and improving the functionality of closure systems. Thanks to an advanced handling and buffering system based on Beckhoff XTS technology, the inherently discontinuous magnetic pulse forming process can be effectively integrated into a continuous-motion production line.

The solution ensures production continuity even when the forming process operates in start-stop cycles and can achieve output rates ranging from 100 to 500 pieces per minute. Software-based machine control and advanced recipe management also enable rapid format changeovers, ensuring greater production flexibility.
