Gruppo Mondial is pleased to announce a significant milestone in its international expansion strategy: Unitec, part of the Group, has signed a Joint Venture agreement with NRB Bearings Limited to establish a new company in India dedicated to the development, manufacturing and distribution of high-precision bearings for global markets.

Founded in 1965, NRB was the first company to manufacture needle roller bearings in India, later expanding its production range to include a wide portfolio of high-quality bearing solutions. With more than 50 years of market leadership in India, NRB has become a globally recognized player, partnering with major automotive manufacturers.

Unitec is internationally acknowledged for its strong engineering capabilities, high customization standards and long-standing relationships with leading OEMs in the industrial sector. Through this partnership, Unitec will support NRB in accelerating its growth within the industrial market, expanding and completing its product portfolio with advanced technological solutions.
